Duties
• Schedule qualified appointments with prospects interested in our photovoltaic solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Present our offers and support customers in their energy transition.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of calls and applications.
Desired profile
• Fluent in French (oral and written).
• Call center experience, ideally in appointment scheduling or energy/insurance.
• Commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to convince.
• Rigor, dynamism, and team spirit.
