Recruitment of a Multipurpose Secretary (3-month pre-employment internship) for the Kafala Service

About us:
Our organization, specializing in Kafala services (sponsorship of orphans within their families), is committed to supporting families and children in an ethical and legal manner. To support our growth, we are offering a pre-employment internship to join our team as a dynamic and organized multi-skilled secretary.

Mission:
Within the Kafala service, you will provide varied and essential administrative and operational support. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Data entry in French and Arabic, formatting and archiving of digital and physical documents.
• Managing the calendar, correspondence, and telephone calls.
• Preparing presentations and meeting materials.
• Support for the organization of departmental events and meetings.
• The filing and updating of administrative records.
• Performing diverse administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Profile sought:

• Experience in secretarial work or administrative support is required.
• Essential proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A perfect command of the French language is essential (both written and spoken).
• A good command of the Arabic language is required for typing and written communication.
• Rigour, discretion and excellent organizational skills.
• Versatility, autonomy and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a team within a demanding environment.
• Interest in social missions and sensitivity to Kafala issues (an asset).

Contract terms:

• 3month full-time pre-employment internship.
