Ads Duplication:<\/b><\/p>

The policy of lintermediaire.ma prohibits the publication of duplicate advertisements concerning the same product or service to rent, sell or publish several advertisements for the same article, service or job. Lintermediaire.ma suggests to its users to delete the oldest ad before publishing the new one. Users are also required to publish their ad in the correct category or section subject to seeing it deleted. Users who do not respect this rule could see all their ads or their account deleted.<\/p>

As part of the controls carried out by the lintermediaire.ma website and for reasons of readability, relevance or compliance with publication rules, lintermediaire.ma reserves the right to modify, update, move, reposition an ad.<\/p>

  1. Advertisements from individuals whose display does not include a logo and which focus on information about the product or service to be sold, which must be clearly identified.<\/li>
  2. Advertisements from companies or professionals, which may include logos and other information specific to the nature of the organizations and whose layout may differ. Neither titles nor content should be ambiguous or offensive. The user is required to respect the locations provided in the form (the title in its reserved space, the same for the content, the contact number, etc.). Lintermediaire.ma prohibits the publication of web links, company names other than the brand name useful for the identification of the good or service subject of the transaction.<\/p>

    Each ad must concern a single product or service each time and be the subject of a clear description by the user, who must make an effort to write it and, where applicable, respect copyright rules. Content must not misuse keywords to circumvent display or SEO rules. The user or advertiser must respect the laws on intellectual property and photo copyright. It is also prohibited to publish on the site lintermediaire.ma photos stamped with the logo of a competing site or any other organization or person. To illustrate the ads, the user must provide a photo and not a brand logo.     Other movable or immovable property (in the legal sense of the term) must particularly be lawful and not prohibited from marketing by the legislation in force in Morocco.
