Claims Manager

Insurance broker looking for a Claims Manager with experience at AXA Assurance and residing in Rabat or Salé. As an Insurance Advisor, your main mission will be to ensure quality claims management, while respecting the division’s quantitative and qualitative objectives, while seeking lasting customer satisfaction and controlling claims costs. Profile sought: Higher education from Bac+2 to Bac+4
Experience as a Claims Manager at AXA Assurance (required)
Perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken
Mastery of customer relationship management techniques as well as office software
