Your missions

As Human Resources Manager, you will be at the heart of our human and organizational strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment management: identifying needs, sourcing, interviewing and integrating new talent.
• Skills development: drawing up and implementing training plans, supporting employees in their career development.
• Personnel administration: contract management, payroll, absence and leave monitoring.
• HR policy: implementation of an HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives, management of labor relations and well-being in the workplace.
• Change management: support in implementing new tools, processes or organizational projects.

Profile required

We are looking for a professional with a passion for human relations and the following qualities:

• Degree in human resources management, labor law or equivalent (Bac +3/5).
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury goods or crafts sectors.
• Proficiency in HR tools and payroll management software.
• Ability to listen, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Interest in the world of design and furnishings is a plus.
