- Welcoming customers physically and by phone with professionalism and a smile.
- Manage switchboard and incoming calls.
- Organization and follow-up of appointments.
- Professional mail and e-mail processing.
- Various administrative assistance (filing, archiving, document drafting).
- Coordination with various company departments.
Profile sought:
- Perfect command of French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Meticulous presentation, a natural smile and an impeccable sense of welcome.
- Excellent organizational skills and versatility.
- Sense of confidentiality and team spirit.
