Your missions:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines.
• Manage a team of skilled craftsmen in carpentry and upholstery.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Profile sought:

• Significant experience in production management, ideally in the carpentry or upholstery sectors.
• Proven team management skills.
• Excellent mastery of artisanal manufacturing techniques and modern tools.
